Plot Summary
After the international success of the 1966 film "Born Free," co-stars Virginia McKenna and Bill Travers return to Kenya to document the real-life stories of Little Elsa and the other lions that appeared in the production of their film. With the help of noted conservationist and lion researcher George Adamson, the actors use these majestic creatures as the foundation for a discussion of wildlife protection and the merits of keeping animals in captivity.
