Sarah Paulson and Evan Peters' love story continues — on screen.

"American Horror Story" creator Ryan Murphy revealed on Instagram the actors' characters on the upcoming season, "Cult." The pair, who played a husband and wife in "Roanoke," will once again be love interests. This time, they are Ally and Kal "a love story for the ages."

"Cult" tackles the 2016 presidential election, with a Murphy-esque twist, of course. The season is set in Michigan, a key battleground state. Murphy told The Hollywood Reporter he wants to feature "people who don't have a voice in our culture — people who are ignored by the current administration and who are afraid and feel terrorized that their lives are going to be taken away."

Paulson and Evans are regular Murphy players, appearing in every season of "AHS." They will be joined by "AHS" alums Frances Conroy, Cheyenne Jackson, Adina Porter, and Mare Winningham. Newcomers to "Cult" include Lena Dunham (for a cameo), Billie Lourd, Colton Haynes, and Billy Eichner.

"American Horror Story: Cult" premieres Tuesday, Sept. 5 on FX.
