Marvel fans can't wait to see "Avengers: Endgame" when it opens this week, and the country's largest theater chain is leaning into that demand by giving the people what they want: The chance to watch the movie 24/7.

AMC Theatres announced that dozens of its locations across the nation will accommodate ravenous filmgoers this weekend, with several staying open for four consecutive days. The chain credited the unprecedented demand from MCU loyalists -- who have already set numerous ticket presale records both domestically and abroad -- for making the decision a no-brainer.

"AMC guests have already purchased more tickets to 'Avengers: Endgame' than we’ve ever sold in advance of a film’s release – and our first shows aren’t until Thursday evening,” said Elizabeth Frank, EVP of worldwide programming for AMC, in a statement. “With a desire to satisfy as many Marvel fans as possible on Thursday and through the weekend, AMC’s programming team is reviewing ticket sales theatre by theatre and adding showtimes later and later. In fact, there are multiple AMC locations that will be operating around the clock from Thursday night through Sunday.”

Here's the breakdown of how many theaters will be catering to diehards:

  • 29 AMC theaters will be open around the clock Thursday through Friday
  • 18 AMC theaters will be open around the clock Thursday through Saturday, or Friday through Sunday
  • 17 AMC theaters will be open around the clock Thursday night through Sunday -- more than 72 hours straight
