Every 'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles' Movie Ranked
In honor of 'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem,' which opens in theaters on August 2nd, Moviefone is counting down every 'TMNT' movie ever made.

While Marvel may dominate the box office now, there was a time in the 1980s when DC was the only comic book company making superhero movies like 'Superman' or 'Batman.' But that all changed in 1990 when an independent comic book company called Mirage Studios released 'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles,' which was based on their popular comic and was a box office smash.
Since then there have been 2 different live-action franchises, and several theatrical and home entertainment released animated movies. The newest addition to the franchise, the Seth Rogen produced animated film 'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem,' is scheduled for release in theaters on August 2nd.

9. 'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles III' (1993)
The four turtles (Brian Tochi, Corey Feldman, Tim Kelleher and Robbie Rist ) travel back in time to the days of the legendary and deadly samurai in ancient Japan, where they train to perfect the art of becoming one. The turtles also assist a small village in an uprising.
8. 'Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Movie' (2022)
When a mysterious stranger arrives from the future with a dire warning, Leo (Ben Schwartz) is forced to rise and lead his brothers, Raph (Omar Miller), Donnie (Josh Brener), and Mikey (Brandon Mychal Smith) in a fight to save the world from a terrifying alien species.

6. 'Batman vs. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles' (2019)
Batman (Troy Baker), Batgirl (Rachel Bloom) and Robin (Ben Giroux) forge an alliance with the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (Eric Bauza, Darren Criss, Kyle Mooney and Baron Vaughn) to fight against the Turtles' sworn enemy, The Shredder (Andrew Kishino), who has apparently teamed up with Ra's Al Ghul (Cas Anvar) and The League of Assassins.

After years of being sheltered from the human world, the Turtle (Nicolas Cantu, Shamon Brown Jr., Micah Abbey and Brady Noon) brothers set out to win the hearts of New Yorkers and be accepted as normal teenagers through heroic acts. Their new friend April O'Neil (Ayo Edebiri) helps them take on a mysterious crime syndicate, but they soon get in over their heads when an army of mutants is unleashed upon them.
