With "Girls" behind us, the acclaimed HBO series' creators, Lena Dunham and Jenni Konner, have been working on their next project for the premium network, and we now know that it will star Jennifer Garner.

After mostly making movies following her starring role in the action TV series "Alias," Garner is ready to return to the small screen. She'll play the lead role in the upcoming HBO show "Camping," Variety reports. Set for eight episode, the plot is based on the U.K. series of the same name and centers on a birthday weekend gone seriously awry. Garner will portray Kathryn, a control freak.

"We love Jennifer's restraint and comedic timing, and we can't wait for the warmth and intelligence she'll bring to our central character, Kathryn," Dunham and Konner said of Garner. "It's truly a dream to have her first on our call sheet. Now we just have to write her some stunts."

The series premiere date has not yet been announced, but we're definitely curious to see how Dunham and Konner follow up "Girls." Garner's casting makes the project all the more intriguing.
