Finally, we're getting a longer look at "Mayans MC," Kurt Sutter's "Sons of Anarchy" spinoff.

FX Networks released the first trailer Thursday, and it introduces EZ Reyes (J. D. Pardo), a prospect in the Mayans MC charter on the border of Mexico and California. As we see, he had a promising future as a Stanford student before he ended up serving a stint in prison. He's now making a new path for himself, one that involves the titular biker gang.

"Once you're in, there's no out," the trailer teases.

Sutter echoed that message, quoting from the trailer in a tweet, "The club. The life. All of it."

The series takes place after the events of "Sons of Anarchy," and it centers on a chapter of one of the clubs we saw in the original. The two shows share a creator, Sutter, but this time he worked alongside Elgin James.

"Mayans MC" premieres Tuesday, Sept. 4 on FX.
