"Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle"
This family friendly sequel to 1995's "Jumanji" was a hit with critics and an even bigger hit with fans. Dwayne Johnson, Kevin Hart, Jack Black, and Karen Gillan are ready to entertain you at home on digital platforms starting March 6. You can check it out later on Blu-ray, DVD, and 4K on March 20. The digital edition includes several bonus features: a gag reel, five behind-the-scenes featurettes, and a music video with Jack Black and Nick Jonas.
"The Oath" (Crackle)
Sean Bean and Ryan Kwanten star in this Crackle Original drama series exploring a unique breed of criminal gangs -- one made up of cops. "Only select officers make the cut, but once inside, gang members will do what they must to protect each other from enemies inside and outside their ranks. " Katrina Law, JJ Soria, and Cory Hardrict co-star in the series, which is produced by Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson. It starts streaming on Crackle March 8.
"Hard Sun" (Hulu)
This pre-apocalyptic crime drama, set in modern London, launches its six-episode first season on Hulu on March 7. Agyness Deyn and Jim Sturgess star as two mismatched police officers who, while investigating what appears to be the routine death of a hacker, stumble on proof that the world is facing certain destruction in five years. Suck to be Earth!
"Sneaky Pete" Season 2 (Amazon Prime)
Did you know the first season of this Amazon Prime Video original has a 100 percent fresh rating on Rotten Tomatoes? Critics loved it, and fans are thrilled to see it's coming back on March 9. In the new season, con man Marius (Giovanni Ribisi) is on the verge of starting fresh. Then two thugs -- believing he is Pete -- threaten to kill the family unless he takes them to Pete's estranged mother Maggie (Jane Adams) and the millions she stole from their mysterious employer. Catch up on Season 1 before Season 2's 10 episodes begin.
New on DVD and Blu-ray
"Thor: Ragnarok"As "Black Panther" cleans up at the box office, and the world prepares for "Infinity War," catch up on Thor's third big adventure at home. "Thor: Ragnarok" arrives on 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray, and DVD on March 6. There are so many extras, including Taika Waititi's "Director's Introduction," a gag reel, another un-miss-able Darryl short, commentary, and several making-of featurettes with the cast and crew.
"Lady Bird"
"Lady Bird" was nominated for five Academy Awards: Best Picture, Best Director for Greta Gerwig, Best Actress for Saoirse Ronan, Best Supporting Actress for Laurie Metcalf, and Best Original Screenplay also for Gerwig. The coming-of-age comedy arrives on Blu-ray and DVD on March 6, just two days after the Oscars. Bonus features include commentary by Gerwig and cinematographer Sam Levy, and a featurette called "Realizing Lady Bird."
"Aliens Ate My Homework"
In this fun family comedy, unexpected extraterrestrial guests team up with a pair of middle schoolers to prevent the destruction of the planet. Based on the first book in Bruce Coville's "Galactic Patrol" series -- and featuring the voice of "Star Trek" legend William Shatner -- "Aliens Ate My Homework" debuts on DVD, Digital, and On Demand on March 6. Bonus features include "Not of This World: Creating Alien Life Forms," "Aliens Ate My Homework: From Page to Screen," "On the Set with Bruce Coville," and "The Galactic Patrol Wants You!"

"Marvel's Jessica Jones" Season 2 (Netflix Original)

"Refusing to accept this is a random act of senseless violence, Kip is determined to discover if there is a darker truth, as the death of one individual, who has lived out of the sight of respectable society, begins to resonate through the institutions that shape our lives." TV Worth Watching
"American Idol" Season 16 (Sunday on ABC at 8 p.m.)It's aliiiiiive! "American Idol" ended on Fox in 2016, but just two years later it's back on ABC. Ryan Seacrest is still the host, but the judges' panel now includes Lionel Richie, Katy Perry, and Luke Bryan. The first episode, airing March 11, includes auditions in New York, Los Angeles, and Nashville.
"Life Sentence" (Wednesday on The CW at 9 p.m.)
Lucy Hale stars in The CW's new dramedy series launching March 7, after "Riverdale." Hale plays Stella, who finds out her terminal cancer is cured. Good news! But now she has to learn to live with all of the choices she made when she decided to "live like she was dying."
"Timeless" Season 2 (Sunday on NBC at 10 p.m.)
NBC canceled "Timeless" after one season, but "fan outcry" got the show resurrected for a second season. You wanted this, fans, so you'd better watch it! Season 2 picks up right where Season 1 left off. Scientist Rufus (Malcolm Barrett), soldier Wyatt (Matt Lanter), and history professor Lucy (Abigail Spencer) will find an unlikely ally in their quest to ruin Rittenhouse, a deadly organization with plans to change history and reshape reality. They will visit the years 1692, 1917, 1941, 1981, and more, and meet famous names from Marie Curie and Hedy Lamarr to William Randolph Hearst.
