They say you shouldn't speak ill of the dead, but Don Rickles was the ultimate insult comic, and he might be insulted by too many compliments. So be it. Hollywood adored the comedian, who was on "The Tonight Show" more than 100 times through Johnny Carson's reign. Rickles died at home today (April 6) from kidney failure, his publicist announced. He would've turned 91 next month.
