It's a "Lost in Translation" reunion! Writer/director Sofia Coppola (who won an Oscar for her "Lost in Translation" screenplay) and Bill Murray (who got a Best Actor nomination for the film) will reteam for "On the Rocks."

According to The Wrap, the film will be about a young mother ("The Office" alum Rashida Jones) who reconnects with her larger-than-life playboy father (Murray) in New York City. Production begins this spring on location in New York.

It will be the first film made under the recently formed partnership between A24 and Apple. It's not clear yet if the movie will go direct to streaming or (more likely) will also receive an awards-qualifying theatrical release, like Netflix's "Roma."

Coppola's last film was the 2017 Civil War drama "The Beguiled." She previously worked with A24 on 2013's "The Bling Ring."

Murray's currently filming "The French Dispatch" with Wes Anderson. He'll also appear in Jim Jarmusch’s zombie comedy "The Dead Don’t Die," which is due sometime later this year.

Jones's drama “The Sound of Silence," premieres at Sundance this month.
