Idris Elba's upcoming comedy series "Turn Up Charlie" debuts in March, and in the meantime, the official trailer is here.

Netflix released the preview Thursday, and it shows Elba as Charlie, a struggling DJ who gets a surprising job offer: working as a "manny" for his famous best friend's 11-year-old daughter (Frankie Hervey). That same friend (JJ Feild) is married to a well-known DJ (Piper Perabo), so Charlie takes the job and tries to figure out how to get his music career off the ground while caring for the young girl.

The trailer shows Charlie adjusting to his new job, and it's clear his charge will give him trouble. The preteen, Gabrielle, has a few tricks up her sleeve for getting rid of nannys. Meanwhile, the bond he starts to form with his friend's wife, Sara, causes some tension. Watch below.

The eight-episode first season of "Turn Up Charlie" hits Netflix on March 15.
