Move over, fellas, "unREAL" Season 3 is going to add another female power player to the game. After two seasons of following "Everlasting" suitors, Quinn (Constance Zimmer) and Rachel (Shiri Appleby) will next work with a lady lead and the men cast to court her.

"We're so excited and looking forward to it," Appleby told Entertainment Tonight after the Lifetime team announced the Season 3 bachelorette news on Facebook Live. "I think it will be great to add another strong female to the mix, someone to really battle with Quinn and Rachel. And then, put them in an environment with all of these men and see how they react." She said the change will "shake up the show and make everything feel really fresh."

During the Facebook Live reveal (watch below), Appleby teased that "There will be 25 men on set and Rachel will hook up with all of them." Zimmer added, "You won't only have two strong female leads, but we're going to add a third one." Then she, too, made a joke about Quinn and Rachel hooking up with the guys. (Maybe producers Jay or Madison will hook up with them, too.)

It does sound like a smart plan, and not just to change up the "unREAL" format. Think about how much women enjoy watching ABC's "The Bachelorette" to see a woman in a power position, choosing between multiple great (and not so great) options. And, on a shallow note, it's much more fun for the largely female fan base to check out a bunch of hot men than to watch one (usually bland) guy check out a bunch of hot women.

We'll see the results, with the usual strong focus on Rachel and Quinn as the real bachelorettes, when "unREAL" Season 3 premieres in 2017 on Lifetime.
