This cast is looking good: Wesley Snipes has joined Eddie Murphy in "Dolemite Is My Name!," Netflix's biopic of '70s blaxploitation star Rudy Ray Moore.

Also on board: Craig Robinson, Mike Epps, Tituss Burgess ("Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt"), and Da'Vine Joy Randolph, who received a Tony nomination for her role as psychic Oda Mae Brown in "Ghost the Musical."

According to THR, production on the film begins this week in Los Angeles with "Hustle and Flow"'s Craig Brewer directing.

Moore, who passed away in 2008, produced and starred in the 1975 movie "Dolemite," as a pimp with a harem of kung fu-fighting hookers. Its tagline: "Bone-crushing, Skull-splitting, Brain-blasting ACTION!"

Murphy is playing Moore and Snipes is D'Urville Martin as "Dolemite"'s director and villain.

The movie will debut on Netflix in 2019.

Snipes last appeared in Spike Lee's "Chi-Raq" and the short-lived NBC series "The Player."

Robinson stars on Fox's "Ghosted." No word yet if it's been renewed or canceled.

"Next Friday" star Epps appeared in last year's "Girls Trip" and next appears in "The Last Black Man in San Francisco."
