Ángeles blancos is a Mexican telenovela produced by Carlos Sotomayor for Televisa and originally broadcast on Canal de las Estrellas from September 3, 1990, to February 1, 1991. Created by Jorge Patiño, with the participation of José Antonio Olvera, the telenovela stars Jacqueline Andere, Rogelio Guerra, and Alfonso Iturralde.
The story follows Rocío Díaz de León, a cardiologist who loses her husband Augusto shortly after their wedding during a tragic robbery. Later, she saves the life of Jorge Pades, a pilot who suffers a heart attack during a flight. Their encounter leads to a complicated love story, as Jorge is already married and must face personal conflicts, family secrets, and a difficult search for a heart transplant that could save his life.
