Brit Cops Season 1 Plot
12 episodes – First shown 18 August 2008. It followed the Q-Cars of the London Metropolitan Police Service, the high-speed reactive units cleaning up the capital. In the South West, the Tactical Aid Group are the tough guys of Devon and Cornwall Police (which were later followed by Raw Cut TV's series 7 of Road Wars). Traffic and Armed Response units are also followed in South-West Wales from Dyfed-Powys Police.

Wales
Police officers in Wales deal with antisocial behaviour, drunken louts and drug dealers.

Devon and Cornwall
Devon and Cornwall police tackle the region's drug dealers and users, occasionally leading them to uncover some gruesome incidents. One user, for example, is found having convulsions in a car park. Plus, the Marine and Counter Terrorism Unit recover a car that was driven into a busy harbour.

Wales
In West Wales, Britain's toughest cops take on violent drunks and drug dealers, while traffic officers have a change of scenery as they combat vandals terrorising walkers in the mountains. Plus, an armed response unit is called to a dangerous domestic incident with more than one knife involved.

Devon and Cornwall police tackle robbers, prostitutes and speed merchants in the West Country, along with various examples of drunken and rowdy behaviour. Plus, divers from the Tactical Aid Group search for vital evidence in a reservoir.

Officers in West Wales attend a huge street fight outside a nightclub, and their colleagues from the drugs squad target a suspected dealer's house. Also, two traffic cops happen across a man whose grip on reality seems to be affected by drugs.
