Hard discipline, order and total empowerment characterize the participants' first meeting with Dag Otto. The military regime comes as a shock to the participants.
2. Palm Shock - Part 2
The day starts with training. Håvard has lost his hat. The others suffer. The results of the test are published.
3. Discipline and order - Part 1
The recruits have settled into life at the barracks, and are now ready for the classic tower jump exercises and military obstacle course.
4. Discipline and order - Part 2
The rigorous disciplinary regime and hard exercises are challenging, and several of the recruits are already approaching the breaking point for what they can endure.
5. Cheer me up - Part 1
The recruiting period is nearing the end, and now only the "Cheermeup" exercise remains; a night of hell
6. Cheer me up - Part 2
There is drama and excitement when the first three participants have to leave
7. Focus - Part 1
The aspirant period has started, and the theme is focus and control. Participants are tested through both shooting and close combat.
8. Focus - Part 2
The battle to avoid a fog fight continues, and a new challenge awaits participants.
9. Cooperation - Part 1
The aspirants are going out into the field, where they will have their cooperative skills tested, but the strict military regime has gone on the nerves of several of the participants. Dag Otto and Kristian must try to prevent some participants from giving up
10. Cooperation - Part 2
A new challenge awaits the participants, and two of them must meet for a fog match.
11. Problem solving - Part 1
Ability to solve problems and think outside the box is something every soldier must be able to do. It's not that easy when you're constantly teased about following orders.
12. Problem solving - Part 2
After several tasks in which the intellect is put to the test, the aspirants must carry out their first sharp mission; the storming of a guarded factory in the center of Åndalsnes.
13. Stress management - Part 1
Gas attacks at the barracks and a reunion with the close combat specialist BOB are on the agenda when the aspirants are to be tested in stress management.
14. Stress management - Part 2
It becomes dramatic when one of the participants has to leave the company in the ambulance.
