1. Gordon's Ultimate Christmas

December 22nd, 201045 min

Gordon prepares his perfect stuffing, cranberry and apple sauce, and delectable mint truffles, aided by the skilful hands of son Jack and daughter Megan. Then it's time for a hearty Christmas breakfast of smoked salmon croissants with scrambled egg, before preparing the roast turkey with lemon and garlic. Christmas dinner wouldn't be complete without all the trimmings, so Gordon perfects his roast spuds, Brussel sprouts with pancetta and chestnuts, and turkey gravy with cider and walnuts Gordon then gets help from his mum to cook an indulgent steamed sponge pudding with whisky cream.

2. Stuff the Turkey!

December 23rd, 201045 min

Gordon shows there's more to Christmas food than a big bird, with a succulent honey glazed ham with pear and saffron chutney, to an amazing winter pumpkin soup made with the help of daughters Holly and Tilly. For Boxing Day supper he rustles up a light and fragrant salmon nicoise with a tarragon dressing, and a delicious pudding of panna cotta with pomegranate glaze. But if you want to carry on the indulgence, then Gordon has the answer with his alternative to roast turkey, a special festive take on beef Wellington. Then there's a tasty treat of vanilla shortbread with crème fraiche and clementines, and a rich and warming mulled wine.
