Gives an account of Stephen's three-month trial at Manor House, an assessment and further education centre specialising in young adults handicapped by rubella. A Safe House - Documentary which looks at the moral dilemma of families who offer sanctuary to refugees from Central America who are illegal immigrants to the USA.
