Ghosts Season 3

Sam, Jay and the remaining ghosts unravel the mystery of which ghost passed into the afterlife. Also, Sam and Jay must relocate an owl in order to do construction on the barn to turn it into Jay's restaurant.

Sam learns that one of the ghosts' powers is to enter the dreams of the livings and influence their decisions. Also, two of the ghosts think they've learned the secret to moving on.

When Jay's sister, Bela, and her boyfriend, Eric, visit Woodstone Mansion, Eric reveals a major change that took place after his near-death experience there over Christmas.

Pete's ex-wife, Carol, shows up at Woodstone Mansion during Sam and Jay's Halloween party, where they're trying to impress some cool friends. Also, the ghosts hope to bring Flower back with a séance.

A big investor backs out of Sam and Jay's restaurant, leaving them to turn to the one ghost who has money - Isaac.

Trevor's brother, Jeremy, checks into Woodstone after discovering a loophole in the Woodstone Rewards Points program.

Alberta hits it off with a poltergeist who is attached to a newly arrived Woodstone guest. Also, Isaac and Nigel have separate bachelor parties.

When Sam and Jay leave the ghosts home alone for the weekend in an attempt to have a romantic getaway, shocking revelations are made about two of Woodstone's beloved spirits.

Pete discovers a power that he never knew he had – one that brings him closer to his buddy Jay (and further apart).

Isaac's wedding day jitters are exacerbated by the arrival of a surprise guest.
