Anuj and Ritu finally make it to Mumbai to live out their pehla live-in! But the universe, and mummy ji, had other plans. While Anuj juggles auditions and odd hours, his mom’s mostly home, wondering where he is. Just when things couldn’t get messier, Ritu’s apartment ceiling collapse. With no hotel money and no way she's calling her parents, she turns to Anuj for help.

With mummy ji still around, things at the flat start getting cramped for our favourite couple. Ritu begins house hunting, accompanied by Anuj’s Mom. Meanwhile, Anuj, desperate to send his mom back to Bhopal, ropes in his crew for a dramatic fake emergency call. These antics make Ritu even more upset, and what follows is Ritu and Anuj’s releaization.

Anuj and Ritu finally begin living together properly as Anuj’s Mom leaves for Bhopal. They enjoy setting up their home, navigating chores, and bonding over routines. However, differences start surfacing — Anuj’s carelessness and Ritu’s growing professional responsibilities strain their relationship.
