Kitchen Nightmares - Season 3 (2026)

Kitchen Nightmares returns as Chef Gordon Ramsay takes on struggling restaurants across the Midwest, where small-town businesses face big problems. Gordon's first stop is Freddy's Steak House, where an owner buried in debt after twenty years is caught between a manager and head chef locked in a bitter power struggle. To save the restaurant, Gordon must get them to stop pointing fingers and start working together.

Gordon heads next to The Four-Star Diner, a classic American eatery serving plenty of customers and far too many frozen ingredients. With an owner whose vulgar behavior is driving away both staff and diners, Gordon must rebuild trust before the restaurant's future slips away.

When Gordon uncovers the root of the problems at Love on the Blu, he pushes the owner to confront the changes needed to save both her business and her team.

Slow service, an inexperienced staff and half-baked leadership have Borelli's Pizzeria crumbling; Gordon learns about the personal struggles affecting the owner and helps put both the owner's well-being and the restaurant on the path to recovery.

With few customers to fill the dining room and constant complaints about cold, unappetizing food, Gordon must convince the proud owner of a struggling restaurant to abandon her intimidating leadership style before her business goes under
