Elvira's "test results" arrive in the mail. Niklas discovers Sam's secret. Patrick is faced with temptation. Carole makes a confession to her mother.

Pretending to go to the hospital for surgery, Elvira travels to a place from her past. Meanwhile, her family learns Virginie has been keeping a secret.
