Season 2 Plot
RuPaul is seeking out the very best in Australasian drag as the brightest in Aussie and Kiwi talent compete for the title of the Down Under’s Next Drag Superstar. Each week the queens are given outrageous challenges that test their fashion, acting, dancing, singing, and comedy skills.
Drag Race Down Under Season 2 aired on July 30th, 2022.
Season 2 Episodes
1. Grand Opening
The queens are thrown in at the deep end as they’re tasked with creating fashion forward garments out of recyclable and natural materials.
2. Cagey Queens
The queens are split into two groups before their acting chops are put to the test in original screenplay ‘Caged Queens’, a prison-based dramedy.
3. A Bottomless Brunch
The queens pair up as they harness their hosting skills in a Drag Brunch style challenge.
4. Snatch Game
The queens have to impersonate celebrities in the legendary Snatch Game.
5. Bosom Buddies
The queens have to choose their own teams as they write and record verses that throw shade to their own band members in this week’s girl group challenge.
6. Hometown Hunnies
The queens have to sell themselves while creating an advertisement that showcases the main tourist attractions of their hometowns.
7. Drag Family Makeover
The queens are challenged to transform a family of men into gorgeous glamazons.
8. Grand Finale
The final three queens write and record their own verses to RuPaul’s “Who is She” as they prepare to perform on the mainstage for the last time, competing for the title of the Next Drag Superstar!
