Twelve new senior guests check in and are all ready to treat their hearts with exercise, group activities and passion.

1. Episode 1
Twelve participants meet at the Równica sanatorium in Ustroń. Awaiting them, and the audience, are unforgettable adventures, lots of emotions, and plenty of fun.
2. Episode 2
Participants get into the rhythm of spa life. The morning rituals of the seniors are revealed, and differences in opinions and characters arise.
3. Episode 3
The seniors enjoy fresh mountain air and spend a lot of time outdoors. Wojtek celebrates his 72nd birthday with a bang. It's also a time for some painful memories.
4. Episode 4
The whole group, divided into man and women, takes part in a culinary competition. During a joint sampling of the dishes, there's a spark between the group leaders.
5. Episode 5
Over the morning coffee, the participants talk about the funniest adventures of their lives. One female guest's date takes an unexpected turn.
6. Episode 6
This episode reveals spiritual and visual transformation of the guests. The children and grandchildren are discussed, and a group coaching session takes place.
7. Episode 7
The cycle of morning rituals leads into a confrontation of generations. Guests take part in a professional photo session, creating an unusual gallery.
8. Episode 8
The guests go on dates and discuss the balance between work and family life. In the evening, they face some challenges in a huge amusement park.
9. Episode 9
With the end of their stay in sight, a conversation over coffee turns to the difficult topic of loneliness. The guests are also waiting for their follow-up tests.

In the last episode of season 2, the discussions revolve around the evening celebrations, but the topic of sanatorium relationships keeps bouncing back like a boomerang.
