Episode 1
The candidates have to train hard in their respective regions. Without training, they won’t be able to go through their Hawaii challenges.

Episode 2
The participants quickly dive into their development. The recruits have to go through three tests to prove they can become Ocean Lifeguards.

Episode 3
Already, fatigue is an issue and some of the participants are getting worried that they won’t make it.

Episode 4
The recruits have to go through another endurance test, which includes water entry, putting on palms and a 50-meter sprint in a minute.

Episode 5
The fifth and last day of training will be emotional. Today is pass or fail. The candidates have to go through a fourth physical test.

Episode 6
Mission accomplished! The training and the tests are over. The participants have a few days left to take a real vacation together.
