Lancia Delta EVO2 vs. Renault Clio Williams (1993). Motoring experts Vicki Butler-Henderson and Alex Riley go head-to-head championing what they think is the ultimate hot hatch to be realised in 1993 - Vicki picks the Renault Clio Williams while Alex makes a case for the Lancia Delta integrale EVO2. A winner is picked by a panel of judges made up of RM Sotheby's car specialist Will Smith, motoring author and vlogger Richard Porter, and Auto Trader editorial director Erin Baker.

2. 1963

August 9th, 2022

Ford Cortina vs. Alfa Romeo Giulia Sprint GT (1963). Vicki Butler-Henderson and Alex Riley are tasked with championing a sports saloon car that was born in 1963 - Vicki goes for the original touring car for the road in the shape of the Ford Lotus Cortina, while Alex picks the Alfa Romeo Giulia GT, Ford's arch rival on the race track. Only one car can win, and that decision is made by an expert panel of judges in the form of former F1 driver and broadcaster Karun Chandhok, classic car auctioneer Nick Wells, and RM Sotheby's car expert Will Smith.

Fiat 500 vs. BMW 600 (1957), With the year 1957 selected, Vicki Butler-Henderson and Alex Riley argue the case for the best city car released in this year. Alex makes a case for the BMW 600, while Vicki drives one of Italy's best exports in the Fiat 500. The winning car is selected by a judging panel made up of motoring experts featuring journalist and presenter Jason Barlow, motoring author and comedy writer Richard Porter, and RM Sotheby's car expert Will Smith.

Honda NSX vs. Mazda MX5 (1989). Vicki Butler-Henderson and Alex Riley each make a case for the best Japanese sports car released in 1989. Vicki drives and champions the Honda NSX, while Alex gets behind the wheel of the best-selling sports car ever in the Mazda MX-5. Opinion and the selection of a winning car comes from an expert judging panel in the form of Auto Trader editorial director Erin Baker, RM Sotheby's classic car expert Will Smith, and motoring author and comedy writer Richard Porter.

5. 1966

August 16th, 2022

Lotus Europa vs. Jensen Interceptor (1966). With the year 1966 selected, Vicki Butler-Henderson and Alex Riley get behind the wheel of two British sports cars. Alex argues the case for the Jensen Interceptor FF, while Vicki champions the Lotus Europa. A winning car is picked by three expert judges - Former F1 driver and broadcaster Karun Chandhok, EX-Top Gear Stig and Hollywood stunt driver Ben Collins, and classic car specialist and auctioneer Nick Wells.

Aston Martin V8 Vantage vs. Pontiac Firebird Trans Am (1977). Vicki Butler-Henderson and Alex Riley are tasked with championing the best performance GT car to be released in 1977. Vicki gets to grips with the Aston Martin V8 Vantage, while Alex makes a case for Smokey and the Bandit star the Pontiac Firebird Trans Am. Choosing which classic car wins is an expert judging panel OF Top Gear Stig and Hollywood stunt driver Ben Collins, journalist and presenter Jason Barlow, and classic car specialist and auctioneer Nick Wells.

Maserati BiTurbo vs. DeLorean DMC12 (1981). Motoring experts Vicki Butler-Henderson and Alex Riley go head-to-head championing what they think is the most underrated sports car from 1981. Vicki picks Back to the Future star the DeLorean DMC-12, while Alex makes a case for the Maserati BiTurbo. A winner is picked by a panel of judges made up of journalist and broadcaster Jason Barlow, motoring author and vlogger Richard Porter, and Auto Trader editorial director Erin Baker.
