as perfect a movie as there has ever been.this sleeper of a movie has several stories and subplots all linked together into one seamless story. one of the most accurate "cooking" movies ever.the different tensions between the various characters reflect real life in so many levels. truly a cinematic masterpiece.

Jack Mathews
New York Daily News

John Petrakis
