I am one of Walter and Frances actual son not a foster child but born to them. I was not arrested with them for the crimes they committed. But I... nt to let everyone know that the movie and the life experience in the family was much different. the movie made it easy to understand like the house fire, people think my mom had gas threw all over the house and let a match in real life that would be flagged as arson and after 2 of these she would have been investigated. she had a system for arson, she had a system for everything. I have nothing to do with them in fact they hate me, however most of the world hates me to since I am a burt. and now my kids who were in diapers are getting the crap. so after no one else had wrote a book all these years I have wrote one you can see some more info at http://www.familysins.com not all of the sons were bad and the grandchildren are victims. the stories in the movie were all true they just scaled them down for TV, it was much , much worst. first of all this movie should NEVER HAVE BEEN MADE its hurtfull to bring up the past of a familey and the kids that were in volved!!! and this movie... isnt all true alot of it was add in's that never happened!!!! Full Review
