I love this movie but whoever wrote the plot review for this movie has obviously never watched it. This movie won the Academy Award for Best Story and Screenplay. The one thing the plot reviewer is th... at Cary Grant played against him image as a drunken, unshaven, unkempt sailing bum. He is forced to \"volunteer\" to be a \"*************\", someone who watched for Japanese activity in the south Pacific under control of Australia. He\'s stranded on a small, uninhabited island and to get him to cooperate with the **************, they hide his liquor throughout the island. He gets one bottle for every confirmed sighting. Then along comes Leslie Caron as a prim nanny/tutor for 7 girls who get stranded on the island as well. I saw this movie with my mom when I was a kid at a drive-in. I still enjoy it since I do have it on DVD. If you\'ve never seen this movie, check it out. Full Review
