Plot Summary
Directed by Tai Uhlmann, "For the Love of Dolly" documents a year in the lives of five extremely dedicated Dolly Parton fans, who are fully devoted to following the iconic country star's career. Through personal footage and interviews, the film explores why these individuals are drawn to the buxom musician and the lengths they will go in their dedication. For inspiration or therapy, each fan has a reason. Dolly Parton herself appears several times in the film.
