Well, it had it's high points and it's low points. I'm kind of betting that Micheal Caine's version was probably a whole lot more high octane. To me, just about "all" of Slyvester Stallone's movies over the past ten years have become somewhat predictably boring. But I would give him a B- for his effort in this one.

So minimally plotted that not only does it lack subtext or context, but it also may be the world's first movie without even a text. Full Review

This noir mystery is murkier than it needs to be, through no fault of Stallone's. Full Review

Stallone returns in a gangster remake that wears itself (and the audience) out trying to be cutting-edge stylish. Full Review

If there's one piece of wisdom to be culled from this botched project, it's this: No one gets Carter. Full Review

The result is a throwaway story hidden beneath a messy jumble of weird camera angles, worthless editing tricks and an ill-placed, obnoxious score. Full Review
