Plot Summary
The beauty and delicacy of a flower seem a sharp contrast to the rough exterior of a prison inmate. Yet these two images are exactly what writer/director Joel Hershman brings together in "Greenfingers," a story of redemption that not only tickles the funny bone, but touches the soul.

I liked this movie. (Just viewed it for the first time) It's referred to as a comedy but I must say it touched by heart. It about redemption... a rebirth of the human spirit. Highly recommended. 5 star

Just caught this movie on Starz and really enjoyed it. Uplifting and feel good but not sappy. Really great characters and the message I like the most - hope.
