As a proud mother, I was forced to put myself in front of our flat screen and feast my eyes on this sickening movie! Even my daughter hated it! I cannot belive movie creaters even allowed this to hit the big screen! Why did this give me a bad taste in my mouth?? Why were these cheesy lines even read?? In one of the first scenes the magician's assistant Monk ( I think it was Monk ) was talking

Seriously, this movie had a lot of potential. It could have been a brilliantly funny skewering of classic fairy tales. But it wasn't. Instead, it's just a bland retelling of Cinderella, from the perspective of the kitchen boy who had a crush on her, with a few generic bad guys thrown in for the heck of it. It would have been better if the real villains from all the other stories that are

I normally enjoy going to the movies with my children. This picture was slow and did not even keep the attention of one of my children's friends. I don't recommend watching it in the theater or at home. Save your money.

Please stop making movies like this. Please do not tamper or mess with the old time favorites. It is like tampering with Coca Cola's original flavor.I am giving this movie the lowest rating.
