Here's a dirty little secret: sometimes film critics don't want to see movies. It's true. When we start out, ambitious and full of energy, we'll sit through any old thing, but after a while, when the formulas begin to wear on you, you can smell a turkey...
As expected, in addition to kicking the Statue of Liberty's butt, Cloverfield beat back the competition to be the clear winner this past weekend, breaking a couple of records in the process. The giant monster flick now has the highest January opening...
I've seen about a half-dozen 'urban teen dance movies' in the past couple of years, even going back to watch Save the Last Dance, which may have sparked the current craze for this genre. The best movies have naturally been the ones with the most...

This title should read "How She Moves" (with an 's'), not "How She Move." The third person singular verb form always ends in 's.' P.S. If you can read this, thank a teacher! :-)
I thought that this movie was very inspirational and uplifting. Maybe the title stopped some people from seeing it and that's too bad because it was really good and well worth the time and money. Some... of my friends asked me why I wanted to see it because it's aimed at younger audiences. I'm 44 years old and white and I don't know a lot about step dancing but the story was very compelling and the step dancing was really fun to watch. Go see it. Full Review
Hollywood is just bilking audiences out of their money and not delivering during the writer's strike. ALL of the movies that have come out have really been bad, or sub-standard. From Spiderman 3, Pira... tes 3, and this turkey have all been lousy. STOP GOING TO THE MOVIES UNTIL THE STRIKE IS OVER! Full Review
First off I find it so annoying that people are putting down a movie based on its title. These are MOVIE REVIEWS where people go to find out about the content NOT the title. Second of all to SKISSER... 1182 I find it EXTRA hilarious that you attacked a movie based on its GRAMMAR (with an "A") yet you spelled GRAMMAR incorrectly in YOUR title ("grammer") LOL. Frankly....I would feel really embarrassed right now if I were you. For THEBREUER ....the reason there is not a question mark at the end of the title is because it is NOT a question! It is a statement "HOW she move." As in "Look at....HOW SHE MOVE." It is not asking the viewer "How she move?" Therefore, going back and referring to an English teacher is not necessary! People are soooooooo critical and are quick to judge without taking the time to know what they are talking about! Moral of the story...please stick to giving us movie content reviews.....I will practice what I preach and say that I thought it was a good movie. Predictable but if you have a brain you know that going into it. Great dance moves. Worth the money. Thanks :-) Full Review
