Cher is a talented singer,but I also love her in many movies;This film is a heart tugger,because you feel for Charlotte.Mrs. Flax is so "off the wall" nutty.Charlotte, (Ryder) tries to be as normal as any other girl,but her mom never has time to settle down in one place.We also have the little sister who tries to imitate what the older one does(artistic make-up).It is sad,that the girls have
