The Trailer itself was a Thriller and had you on the edge of your seat, and most folks don't pick up a Centipede and play with them, Yuck. Go for it !

I'm sorry but I love this movie it's gross and that is what it intended to be, it's not suppose to be appropriate so if u dont like gross movies y watch one that u heard or no is gross. It's suppose to be a sick film, the acting sucked in the 1st one ************ was a good gross film good job Tom Six!

This was seriously the sickest movie I have ever experienced. I wanted this film to end so badly, I could not bare it any more. Tom Six should be ashamed of himself because the first sequence/movie was acceptable, but this one took it too far. Gory, sexually disturbing, awful acting, and so realistic that it becomes fiction.

The New York Times
In place of novelty we have dank interiors (shades of "Saw") and black-and-white photography (à la "Eraserhead"). Still missing is that lingering subtext, leaving only a lurid, splattery wallow in grime, blood and excrement. Full Review
David Edelstein
New York Magazine
The movie is a reductio ad absurdum, a sick joke taken to extremes, beginning with a goof on the notion that horror movies inspire copycats and ending with a test to determine whether some people will watch anything. Full Review
Eric Kohn
Like the original, the most shocking aspect comes from the revelation that Six can actually tell a story. Full Review
Frank Scheck
The Hollywood Reporter
Whatever gothic originality the first Human Centipede possessed is altogether lacking in this sorry follow-up. Full Review

Time Out New York
The question remains: Exploitative films are a dime a dozen, but how low will two-faced art-film distributor IFC go? Full Review
