This sad and depressing movie is based on true story of young Matthew Shephard who was murdered by two Wyoming homophobic young "men". One of the four producers is Ms. Goldie Hawn, proving once again... she is NOT the ditzy, dumb blonde many people THINK she is. This movie shows that gay bashing is not just a one-victim crime, but it affects the family and friends of the person who was beaten or murdered.
