Its all smoke and mirrors. One chase after another---totally predictable. Noise and more noise. The director,Paul Greengrass, should have studied the 1st, (BourneIdentity), which had heart and a feeling of intimacy; instead he serves up this loud mess.
The movie was a movie that made you think of love in another way. You can find love even when you are not looking for it. I LOVED the movie and would pay more than once to watch it. I want to send congrats to all the stars in the movie. I want to send a special congrats to Idris Elba because I think he is a very talented actor. I am a very big fan and I hope that you excel in everything he does.
this movie was better than any of perry's movies, this one was just a little more dramatic than the other one's that he directed

I think Daddys Little Girls was the best movie I have seen. It gave a happy ending without making their lives look perfect. I like the twists and the cast was picked perfectly they did a great job. Unions funny remarks kept me laughing and it didnt hurt that Elba's was good looking. I really loved this movie and it would be a good movie for teens and adults to watch. i give it 5

Chockfull of cathartic moments, Perry's storytelling is best when it defies convention. Like the black man's Frank Capra, Perry tells stories in which every conflict is a test of faith and every victory a testament to the American underdog. Instead of following the proven formulas of screenwriting books, he earnestly shepherds his own messy structure. Full Review

Happily, Perry's strength as a filmmaker is that he genuinely loves his actors, and they love him back. What his movies lack in exposition they make up for in performances. Full Review

Subtlety has never been Perry's strength, but his previous films balanced the sermonizing with good humor and sincerity. Perhaps next time, he'll ease up on the lectures, and bring back the love. Full Review

This latest market-savvy bit of circuit preaching is less cartoonish than Perry's previous big-tent revival meetings. Full Review

Daddy's Little Girls may be heavy-handed and drearily predictable, but it also should connect with its core audience as solidly as Perry's previous efforts did, even if the drama is frequently just as over the top as its predecessors. Full Review
