The "Spider-Man: Homecoming" cast continues to expand its web of supporting players, with two new actors joining the mix in recent days.

First up is Logan Marshall-Green (a "Prometheus" star, and a dead ringer for Tom Hardy), who The Hollywood Reporter says will play a villain in the flick alongside the previously cast Michael Keaton, who's rumored to be playing The Vulture. The identity of Marshall-Green's character is unknown at this point, though he would be teaming up with The Vulture in some capacity.

Next is Martin Starr ("Silicon Valley," "Freaks and Geeks"), who Deadline reports just signed on the dotted line to join the ensemble. His role has not been disclosed.

"Homecoming" has been shoring up its cast in preparation for production, which begins later this month. Earlier this week, the flick added actor-rapper Donald Glover ("Community") to the mix. His part is unspecified for now, though he previously was fans' choice to take over the franchise as Miles Morales, a.k.a. the first mixed race Spider-Man. (Glover also voiced the character in an animated series.)

These additions round out the previously-announced ensemble, headlined by Tom Holland as the titular web-slinger, and featuring Marisa Tomei (Aunt May), Zendaya (an unnamed female lead), Robert Downey Jr. (reprising his Iron Man character), and supporting actors in yet-to-be-identified roles: Michael Barbieri, Kenneth Choi, Tony Revolori, and Laura Harrier.

"Spider-Man: Homecoming" swings into theaters on July 7, 2017.
