Michelle Obama was feted like the queen she is last night on "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon."

Our outgoing FLOTUS surprised fans who were recording emotional goodbye messages to her; had her own special edition of Thank You Notes; was serenaded by Stevie Wonder himself -- who performed "Isn't She Lovely" and "My Cherie Amour"; and played a classic game of "Catchphrase" with comedians Dave Chappelle and Jerry Seinfeld.

CATCHPHRASE

For "Catchphrase," Michelle -- a champion trash-talker -- was paired with Jimmy Fallon, with Dave Chappelle and Jerry Seinfeld as their opponents. Bless this year that President Obama's "Dad Jeans" made one last appearance. Fallon was the weak link of his pair, taking too long to get words out, but Chappelle and Seinfeld both accidentally said one of the buzz words, which is surprising for stand-up comedians who are usually so quick-witted. But Chappelle won the entire night with this quip to an unraveling Jimmy Fallon: "Yeah, don't lose your show." Heh.

GOODBYE, JIMMY

Here's the First Lady getting emotional saying goodbye after eight years in the White House:

THANK YOU NOTES

For the "Thank You Notes," Michelle said she liked being on Jimmy's side of the desk ... so maybe she can host her own show next?

FAN SURPRISE

It is so beautiful to see fans record emotional messages for FLOTUS, only to have her pop out and surprise them afterward:

STEVIE WONDER

And here is the great Stevie Wonder singing a medley to Michelle Obama:
