Josh Brolin just showed off his Cable training for "Deadpool 2," and now superhero super-trainer Don Saladino is revealing Sebastian Stan's training as Bucky Barnes, to help the Avengers take down Thanos (also played by Josh Brolin) in "Avengers: Infinity War."
Saladino opens the video by describing the workout as "Sebastian Stan's soldier training," with the focus on building muscle density and strength. "This is the program that's going to get Sebastian to kick Thanos's butt." The Winter Soldier shouldn't be alone out there in the fight against Thanos, but he's definitely looking prepared:
The music is a bit much, but -- based on the comments -- Seb's fans appreciated that video. (Maybe too much?)

"Avengers: Infinity War" will be action and star-packed, with Sebastian's Bucky joining every other character in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The "War" starts May 4th, 2018.
