The sharks are circling once again for a sequel to the thriller "47 Meters Down."

The movie starred Mandy Moore and Claire Holt as sisters whose shark-diving trip goes terribly awry when their cage's line snaps. It was the most successful independent movie in the U.S. this year, earning $44 million at the box office.

The sequel will be titled "48 Meters Down" (because ... duh) and change the location from Mexico to Brazil. Johannes Roberts will return to write and direct again.

This time, a group of girls seek adventure in the waters off of Recife, but their trek to hidden underwater ruins goes ... well, terribly awry when they find a bunch of sharks there. See, this is why going off the tourist trail is a recipe for disaster.

Moore is not likely to reprise her role as Kate (though she did survive the harrowing ordeal, while Holt's Lisa did not).
