As Game of Thrones" star Rose Leslie should have some pretty excellent access to spoilers for the show's upcoming eighth and final season. But as the actress explained in a recent interview, she doesn't want to know anything about what's to come on the hit fantasy series -- and has a system in place to make sure Harington doesn't spill any beans.

While chatting with Entertainment Weekly, Leslie admitted that it's hard to be around Harington when he's reading "Thrones" scripts at home, because even the slightest change in his facial expression could tip off the actress about a plot point.

"I for sure ask Kit not to show me his excitement after he has read an episode, simply because I don't want to read anything in his eyes," the actress told EW. " ... So when he's at the other end of the room and reading the episode, it's like, no ... we are not going to have eye contact for a long time. Go make a cup of tea. Calm down."

It's probably best that Leslie doesn't know anything, both so she can be surprised along with other fans (unlike fellow former "Thrones" star Jason Momoa), but also so she doesn't have to bear the burden of keeping spoilers under wraps herself.

"I know the anticipation is killing a lot of people, and my God the build-up is fantastic," Leslie told EW. "I can't wait until next year."

Neither can we. The final season of "Game of Thrones" is set to premiere sometime in 2019.
