"The Originals" is ending with Season 5, and one of the most anticipated storylines "The Vampire Diaries."

But what do the cast members think of "Klaroline"?

TV Guide asked several "Originals" stars if they are rooting for Klaus and Caroline. Two basically said no, for very different reasons. (Oh, Nathaniel...) Joseph Morgan went for a sarcastic answer, saying Klaroline fans just aren't vocal enough, and failed to make it known "for the last seven years" that they wanted a Caroline/Klaus reunion. Haha.

Here are the answers from TV Guide's video:

Charles Michael Davis (Marcel): "Am I rooting for Klaroline?" Smile. "Yes."

Claire Holt (Rebekah): "Yes! I'm rooting for Klaus to be with anyone, honestly. I just want him to settle down and find a nice gal."

Yusuf Gatewood (Vincent): "Look, I'm a fan of love. So any couple that has some legs I'm rooting for that."

Nathaniel Buzolic (Kol): "I'm not. 'Cause I don't care." Looks into camera. "Kol said that, not me! Look, Kol doesn't care. It's Davina. He doesn't care. What is it called? Klaroline? Klaroline. That just goes to show how much Kol knows about it cause Nathaniel knows nothing about it either."

Riley Voelkel (Freya): "Definitely. I'm definitely excited about Caroline making her appearance becase I know the fans really love them and she's just amazing on and off screen."

Danielle Rose Russell (Hope): "I definitely think Klaus deserves a happy ending, for sure, but I also think that his relationship priority should be with Hope."

Joseph Morgan: "That's the thing about the Klaus and Caroline fans, they're just not vocal about it. Occasionally, I hear these kind of whispers and I go, 'Really? People are into that? I wish someone had said something ... for the last seven years.'"

Nice. Danielle had a good point, though, to think his priority should be daughter Hope. Watch the video to see the stars explain their points.

"The Originals" Season 5 premieres Wednesday, April 18 at 9 p.m. on The CW, and we know Caroline is going to reunite with Klaus right in the first episode.
