Wonder Woman 1984, Kristen Wiig

Move over, Barbara Minerva. We finally get to see Cheetah in action in stunt videos and photos from the set of "Wonder Woman 1984."

The "Wonder Woman" sequel is now filming in the Washington, D.C. area, with Kristen Wiig as villain Cheetah. Director Patty Jenkins had shared a photo of Wiig as Barbara Minerva (see above), but thanks to some set footage, we can now see Cheetah leaping into the air (and also looking like the cat in the "Hang in There" poster):

Patty Jenkins and star Gal Gadot have shared several photos from "Wonder Woman 1984" so far, including Wonder Woman in full costume and -- somehow -- Steve Trevor (Chris Pine) in '80s gear, apparently at the mall.

Pedro Pascal ("Game of Thrones," "Narcos") is also meant to have a "pivotal role" in the film, but that's all we know so far.

"Wonder Woman 1984" is currently scheduled to open in theaters on November 1, 2019.
