Anthony Bourdain's legacy will live on in a 12th and final season of CNN's "Parts Unknown" this fall.

Season 12 was in production when the beloved celebrity chef and TV personality died in June. CNN has not yet announced a specific premiere date for the final seven-episode cycle.

Only one of those episodes had been completed prior to Bourdain's death, a trip to Kenya with fellow CNN host W. Kamau Bell of "United Shades of America." It will be the last episode with Bourdain as narrator.

According to the Los Angeles Times, the other episodes are set in Manhattan's Lower East Side, the Big Bend area of Texas, the Asturias region of Spain, and Indonesia. They will use audio of Bourdain gathered while shooting on location and narration will be provided by other people from the episodes.

The penultimate episode will be about the making of the series, featuring, outtakes, behind-the-scenes footage, and interviews with cast and crew. And the series finale will focus on how Bourdain affected the world and include fan reactions and interviews with his friends.
