"The Haunting of Hill House" is about to terrify you even more.

Amblin has revealed that the limited series, which streams on Netflix, will get an extended director's cut from creator Mike Flanagan that will be available on Blu-ray.

"Hill House," based on Shirley Jackson's novel, follows five adult siblings whose paranormal experiences at the titular location continue to trouble them in present day. Michiel Huisman, Carla Gugino, Henry Thomas and Elizabeth Reaser starred.

Amblin did not announce any details about the extended cut, neither its runtime nor what additional scenes viewers can expect. And there is no release date yet for the Blu-ray edition. But you can pre-order it on Amazon!

Several of the "Hill House" stars are returning for Season 2 of the anthology horror series on Netflix. "The Haunting of Bly Manor" is inspired by Henry James’ psychological gothic horror novella "The Turn of the Screw," which takes place almost entirely in an old country mansion. There, two young orphans are looked after by a young governess, who also narrates most of the novel.

Pedretti will play the governess, with Jackson-Cohen as a "charming fellow" named Peter. And Gugino is reportedly in talks to make an appearance.
