Evi Koroni Biography
Evi Koroni was born on December 9, 1989 in Kavala, Greece as Evangelia Koroni. She is an actress, writer (of plays and poems), and aspiring filmmaker (award-winning). She has studied acting at "Vasilis Diamantopoulos Drama School". Since 2014, she has maintained a steady presence in the theater scene as an actress, writer and as assistant director.
Her short movie The Correction, a film about homophobia has won an award (the first award for Evi as a filmmaker) and nine official nominations in film festivals. She has worked as an acting teacher for children with Down and Autism Syndrome. 2016, has self-published her Greek debut poetry collection and she transfers some of her poems to theater as a performance.
In 2017, she created the art team "Très Romantique". 2019, has self-published her English poetry collection A Blues for Her, while at the same time, he participated in a group poetry collection in the Greek language. 2022, has published her second English poetry collection "Still Blues?".
