Nadi Pawoko Biography

Born in Yogyakarta. Education: Taman Siswa Elementary School. At the age of 15, Atmonadi started his profession as a comedian. First he joined the ketoprak group "Mardi Wardoyo" with his younger brother Johny Gudel. Due to his outstanding talent in the field of churning the belly, Atmonadi has often won comedy championships both as a group and as an individual.

In the 1960s, Atmonadi had a plot with the late Bing Slamet and Eddy Sud who were members of the comedy group "S.A.E." Finally, Atmonadi founded the comedy group "Atmonadi Plus" (1975) whose members consisted of Atmonadi, Johny Gudel, Djarot and others. Atmonadi, who was already rusty in the matter of making the audience chuckle, made his first film in Kuntilanak (1961).

Then he got small silver roles in films: Si Djimat (1962), Daerah Border (1964), Behind the Glorious Tjahaja (1966), No Sorry for You (1971), Samtidar (1972), Last Tango in Jakarta (1973), Boyfriend (1974), Janur Kuning (1979), and others.
