Nicholas Van Zyl Biography
Nicholas is an actor, performer and voice-over artist. With his love for the Arts manifesting at a young age, he was eager to dive headfirst into the industry. Once he graduated high school, he moved to New York City (NYC) and studied Acting for Film & Television at The New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts. Following two years of study, he received his Associate's Degree and began his artistic career.
After eight months of working in and out of NYC, performing in various theatre and film works, including starring as the lead in a short film titled: "Sullivan", Nicholas then went on to live and work in Japan as a performer/entertainer at the Universal Studios Japan theme park (USJ). During his three years of work at USJ, he also played as a lead in an award-winning audio drama titled: "The Realm Tree", where his passion for voice-over performance was born.
Nicholas has since returned to South Africa, keen to put his experience to the test.
