Tommy Franklin Biography
Tommy Franklin is a filmmaker, writer and producer. His feature documentary You Don’t Know My Name will be broadcast on PBS in 2027 and has received support from Sundance, Firelight Media, The Marshall Project, and others. A double survivor of incarceration (born in prison and formerly incarcerated), Franklin creatively reimagines power structures, focusing on Black liberation.
